Breads

Our signature bread, Shokupan, is coming soon — a Japanese-style milk bread known for its incredibly soft texture, fluffy crumb, and slightly sweet flavor. It’s wonderfully moist and perfect for toast, sandwiches, or simply tearing apart while it’s still warm.
